Tolls
From whichever airport you travel to, there will be tolls. Please bring a bank card because not all of them are contactless!
Car Hire
You are likely to need a car. There are private transfer companies from the airports but they are expensive!
You will need your driving license and a credit card. There is plenty of parking outside the apartment.
We find car hire from Turin is easy to locate and on-site at the airport. The drive is easy & scenic.
The Residence
The Hameau reception can help with basic queries about the restaurant/bar/spa. However, any maintenance issues should be reffered to us.
The restaurant & bar are generally open every evening, and the spa daily from 10-12hrs, and from 15-19hrs. But these hours to vary.
To use the swimming pool you will need to make a reservation.
Apartment & Housekeeping
Towels and bed linen are provided. Please strip the beds and place dirty linen/towels in the bath at the end of your stay.
Please wash all dishes and keep the apartment cleann. Please also empty bins and take them to the bin near reception.
There is information in the apartment for swimming pool opening hours. Speedos only! Swim shorts are not permitted.
Free WiFi is detailed in the apartment.
No smoking is permitted in the apartment.
Check in / Check out

Check in is from 15:00 and check out is 10:00, to allow the apartment to be cleaned.

The building & apartment number will be sent to you on Airbnb, as well as the access code to get your keys from the lockbox.

The ski locker is located on the ground floor.

Please be aware that there is only one key and losses will be charged at 80 euros, as it is very difficult and time consuming to replace.
Ski hire, passes and lockers can be purchased at the base of the gondola.
There is a pool, spa & sauna available. More information is found within the apartment.
Skiing and Ski Hire
The main gondola is a 5-10 minute walk, or grab the free shuttle from reception which leaves every 15 minutes.

Supermarkets, Bars & Eating Out
There is a small supermarket, restaurant (book in advance) and bar at your apartment. There are others nearby in Modane and Saint-Michel-de-Maurienne.
